“I find the Alexander Technique very helpful in my work. Things happen without you trying. They get you to be light and relaxed. You must get an Alexander teacher to show it to you.”
John Cleese

“Through the Alexander Technique I was able to rehabilitate my running after 25 years of being unable to run through injuries, to the extent that I was able to set ten world records for veterans in 1982.”
Paul Collins, Canadian national marathon champion in 1949-1952

Leaving a legacy

You may like to consider supporting the Alexander Trust by leaving a legacy in your Will.

Legacies are a vital source of income for the Trust. Legacy pledges help us with our long-term plans, knowing that funds may become available. Whether the legacy is large or small it will make a real and lasting difference to the work of the Trust.

Fundraising

You can create your own fundraising events. Fundraising allows you to be as creative and inventive as you want. Sponsored sports activities or dinners or days out are frequently used for fundraisining.

The Trust regularly arranges fundraising raffles and is always looking for Alexander Technique-related prizes. We are grateful for donations of any potential prizes for our raffles.

If you would like to discuss these possibilities further, please contact us.
